AEM Filter Minder® gauges help indicate when your AEM air filter needs cleaning
With AEM's new line of Filter Minder gauges, the guesswork has been eliminated. Knowing when it is time to service your air filter has never been easier. AEM Filter Minder gauges constantly monitor airflow and the gradual increase of air filter restriction.
When an air filter becomes dirty it holds much of the dirt and debris that was kept from entering your engine. With dirt and debris on top of your air filter it becomes restricted and unable to flow as well. The Filter Minder gauge senses this restriction and displays the current condition of your air filter on the gauge. When the air filter is clean with little restriction, the needle will stay in the green portion of the gauge. As the air filter moves through its service life you will see it move into the yellow portion.
Once the Filter Minder needle reaches the red zone it is time to clean your air filter and reset the Filter Minder gauge.
All AEM Filter Minder gauges are easy to install. Simply tap into a vacuum source on the lid of the air filter and connect the vacuum hose to the back of the Filter Minder gauge. Each system comes complete with detailed installation instructions.
AEM Filter Minder gauges 30-5110, 30-5111, and 30-5120 and 30-5121 are available to suite your specific needs.

Dash Mounted Filter Minder Gauge
AEM's dash mounted Filter Minder gauge, part 30-5110,
is designed for mounting inside the cabin of your vehicle. The 30-5110 dash mounted gauge comes with all of the necessary hardware for mounting. Ten feet of vacuum hose is included to connect your filter to the gauge.
Bezels in silver and black are also provided to customize the gauge to match the interior of your vehicle. The 30-5110 is
suitable for most uses as it is designed to indicate red at a pressure of approximately 10 inches of water.
The 30-5120 dash mounted gauge is designed for heavy-duty diesel applications where a pressure drop of less than 20 inches of water is acceptable.
