AEM's intercooler kit is a comprehensive bolt-on charge air cooling system. The large bar-and-plate intercooler core completely replaces the factory intercooler. The intercooler core is capped on both ends with custom designed end tanks that are optimized to promote even airflow distribution through the entire intercooler core. AEM's Intercooler kit contains all of the hardware necessary for installation. High-quality mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipes are also included. The pipes are bead rolled and have an extra port for auxiliary devices such as water/meth injection or a temperature/boost sensor.
