Has a little more top end feel, minor change in mpg (26mpg freeway at 70mph to 28mpg at 70mph), but could be due to break in period of the Ford Flex 3.5 n/a going in at 3500 miles when installed. The responsiveness does feel improved, great product and fits perfect.
Great product! I installed it and could hear the difference in the engine immediately.
Wanted to get a replacement performance air filter that was reusable. Had always bought (Brand Name), but hated the oiling of the filter. Found the AEM DryFlow Air Filter and decided to give it a try. Interesting that when I got the filter it seems to have been shipped from (Brand Name). Only time will tell how this filter performs.
Perfect fit, exactly what I was looking for in a washable filter. I really like the idea of not having to oil it. Just wash, dry and drop it back in.
Fit my 2007 Ford Edge like it was made to order. Too early to tell what the gas mileage will be but better pickup so far.
Had a K&N filter and I think the Mazda CX-9 was a bit quicker than AEM, it was throatier. But there is no oiling so that is a plus.
