AEM Induction Systems is a leading manufacturer of performance air intakes. Our store staff strives to get your order out as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your purchase as soon as possible. We have a customer service staff availble Monday through Friday to assist you with any questions or issues.
Our Store will only accept orders being billed to and shipped to the United States and Canada. Orders can not be sent to a PO Box, APO or AFO address. We offer several shipping options and most available items ship the same day if the order is received by 6PM Eastern Time. Shipping charges and sales tax will be shown before an order is finalized provided that the shipping zip code is correct. If an item is not available, it will be shipped when it becomes available unless you contact us to cancel the order. To check the status of your order including tracking numbers for shipped orders go to http://www.aemintakes.com/online/orderstatus.aspx. After an order is submitted you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will receive another e-mail confirmation after the order has been shipped.
Canadian Orders - PST, GST, HST, duties and brokerage fees are included in your order amount and are prepaid before delivery.
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer service department at 800-992-3000. Our orders usually ship within a day therefore you must call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. Please do not request cancellations by e-mail or fax.
If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging material for UPS inspection. Please call our customer service department as soon as possible at 800-992-3000 to report the damage and we will schedule a reshipment. We must submit your claim to UPS within 3 days. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to AEM. AEM will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund as long as the item is unused and a return authorization number has been issued. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No collect shipments will be accepted. Returns, other than those that are due to a factory defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you have a return, please e-mail (email@example.com) or call our customer service department at 800-992-3000 to obtain a return authorization number. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the transaction. Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by ground prepaid.
