Add Horsepower to 2014-2015 Mazda 3 2.0 liter Manual with an AEM Cold Air Intake

AEM Mazda 3 2.0L cold air intake system

The 2014-2015 Mazda 3 2.0L manual transmission AEM cold air intake system will look good, and perform just as well for years to come

Mazda 3 2.0L

Add a boost in horsepower and torque to 2014 or 2015 Mazda 3 2.0 liter models with a manual transmission by installing AEM cold air intake system, 21-765C

Since its debut in 2004 the Mazda 3 has been a consistent top-choice in the compact segment; boasting refinement and performance beyond its price point. Mazda revamped the 3 for 2014 and the end result certainly does not disappoint. Still present is the impressive sporty handling and respectable 2.0 liter Skyactiv engine. The 2.0 liter Skyactiv engine is certainly nothing to scoff at with its impressive engineering and resulting above-average 0-60 times, though there is room to take your 3 to the next level. Add a boost in horsepower and torque to 2014 or 2015 Mazda 3 2.0 liter models with a manual transmission with the AEM cold air intake system 21-765C.

AEM pioneered the cold air intake market in the 1990s and this legacy of precision-tuned intake systems is visible even today with the 21-765C 2014-2015 Mazda 3 2.0L cold air intake. A mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube replaces the corrugated factory intake tubing, helping to streamline airflow into the engine. The tube is coated in a durable gunmetal grey powder coat to help ensure the 2014-2015 Mazda 3 2.0L manual trans CAI system will look good for years to come.

An AEM Dryflow® reusable air filter 21-202DOSK, is fitted to the end of the air intake tube to help minimize restriction as well as provide outstanding engine protection. Another benefit of the AEM Dryflow air filter’s design is that it is washable and reusable with the ability to go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions. The filter is placed in the driver’s side wheel well, allowing the engine to draw cooler air from outside the vehicle which can aid in increasing horsepower., An AEM air filter wrap 1-4000, is available separately if splashes of water are a concern.

On a 2014 Mazda 3 2.0 liter manual transmission, AEM cold air intake 21-765C produced an estimated additional 6 horsepower at 4400rpm and 8 pound-feet of torque at 3400rpm

The saying goes, “the proof is in the pudding.” Well, cars don’t have pudding so let’s say “the proof is in the performance gains.” On the dyno, an AEM 21-765C cold air intake system installed on a 2014 Mazda 3 2.0 liter manual transmission produced an estimated additional 6 horsepower at 4400rpm and 8 pound-feet of torque at 3400rpm over the factory air ducting system. Those power gains are to the wheels, not to the crank.

The 21-765C cold air intake system for 2014-2015 Mazda 3 2.0L manual transmission models is an easy-to-install performance upgrade, maintains all required factory connections, and comes with every part needed for installation. Increase Jeep Patriot and Compass 4-cylinder Horsepower with AEM Cold Air Intake

AEM Jeep Patriot cold air intake system

The 21-762C AEM cold air intake system for 2011-2016 Jeep Compass or Patriot 4-cylinder models replaces the factory air ducting with a performance designed unit from AEM Intakes

Black Jeep Compass

Give your 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, or 2016 Jeep Compass or Patriot 4-cylinder a guaranteed boost in horsepower and torque with the AEM 21-762C cold air intake system

The terms Jeep and off-road have essentially become synonymous with one another. In recent years Jeep has expanded its offerings with a range of compact SUVs including the refined Compass and competent Patriot. These SUVs are just as comfortable on-road as well as off-road, paying a classy homage to their sport utility vehicle roots. Powered by either a 2.0 liter or 2.4 liter 4-cylinder engine, fuel economy figures satisfy; however, power may leave something to be desired for some owners. Give your 2011-2016 Jeep Compass or Patriot 4-cylinder a guaranteed boost in horsepower and torque with the AEM 21-762C cold air intake system.

The 21-762C AEM air intake will fit and provide increased performance without additional modifications on the 2011-2016 Jeep Compass and Patriot models listed below. This precision-engineered performance AEM intake system replaces the restrictive factory intake ducting from the throttle body forward. A mandrel-bent aluminum air intake tube helps to minimize restriction and streamline airflow into the engine, allowing the engine to breathe easier.

An AEM 21-2157DK DryFlow® conical synthetic non-oiled air filter is fitted to the inlet of the 2011-2016 Jeep Compass & Patriot intake system. This filter provides excellent filtration efficiency as well as high dirt capacity. Perhaps best of all, the Dryflow media does not require any oil so cleaning the filter is quite simple. The oversized AEM Dryflow air filters used in AEM intake systems can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions.

An application specific air filter heat shield surrounds the AEM Dryflow filter and reuses the factory fresh air duct for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, or 2016 Jeep Compass or Patriot models

An application specific air filter heat shield surrounds the AEM Dryflow air filter. Additionally, the new AEM air filter heat shield and intake system maintains use of the factory fresh air duct. The air filter heat shield protects air entering the engine from radiant heat under the hood. AEM strives to provide cooler air because cooler air has more mass which can help combustion efficiency and increase horsepower.

Without results, the 21-762C would be just another shiny part under the hood and the proof of performance gains is in the dyno sheet. On the dyno, a 2015 Jeep Compass 2.0 liter equipped with the 21-762C AEM air intake system produced an estimated additional 5 horsepower at 4500pm and 6 pound-feet of torque at 4500rpm to the wheels. Performance gains should be similar, or better, on models with the larger 2.4 liter inline four cylinder engine.

The 21-762C AEM cold air intake system is an easy-to-install performance upgrade. Jeeps are built to handle tough conditions and so are AEM air intake systems. AEM backs its air filters and air intake systems with a Lifetime Limited Warranty, giving owners the confidence that their intake system will be able to handle anything their Jeep can.

Help your Jeep Compass or Patriot SUVs conquer the road and the trails with an AEM 21-762C cold air intake system. Order yours today at AEMIntakes.com or find a dealer in your area using the AEM Dealer Search. Additional performance upgrades for the Jeep Compass can be found on the AEM Air Intakes for the Jeep Compass page. Or find AEM Jeep Patriot performance parts on the AEM Air Intakes for the Jeep Patriot page.

The 21-762C is guaranteed to fit and function on the Jeep models listed below:

2013 2014 2015 Chevrolet Spark Owners Get Smiles from AEM Short Ram Intake

AEM cold air intake 21-766C for 2013, 2014, and 2015 Chevrolet Spark 1.2L or Chevy Spark

AEM improves the performance of 2013, 2014, and 2015 Chevrolet Spark 1.2-liter models by replacing the restrictive factory air induction system with a performance designed intake from AEM

The Chevrolet Spark isn't the biggest, fastest, or meanest looking car on the road. In fact, the GM Korea, previously Daewoo Motors, designed car's biggest claim to fame is that it was featured in the 2009 installment of the live action Transformers series, titled Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. While the Autobot named Skids proved unfavorable with audiences, Edmunds.com reported that the 2013 Chevrolet Spark was the fastest selling car in the United States for July 2012.

2013, 2014, and 2015 Chevrolet Spark 1.2L or Chevy Spark

In the United States the 2013, 2014, & 2015 Chevrolet Spark is powered by the Daewoo derived 1.2L (1249CC) S-TEC II engine rated at 84 horsepower and 83 lb-ft of torque

In the United States the 2013, 2014, & 2015 Chevrolet Spark is powered by the Daewoo derived 1.2L (1249CC) S-TEC II engine rated at 84 horsepower and 83 lb-ft of torque. While nothing to brag about, the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Chevrolet Spark's low curb weight means it could provide a small jolt to the senses. What better way to help motivate the motorcycle sized inline 4 than with a little boost in horsepower by installing a performance air intake system from AEM?

AEM short ram intake for the 2013, 2014, and 2015 Chevrolet Spark 1.2-liter includes a mandrel-bent aluminum short ram intake tube, AEM Dryflow air filter, and air filter heat shield

With a lightweight, and small car like the 2013, 2014, or 2015 Chevrolet Spark 1.2L it doesn't take much of a power gain to make a noticeable difference. In fact, by bolting on AEM short ram intake 21-766C a 2014 Chevrolet Spark 1.2L with CVT transmission gained an estimated additional 5 horsepower at the wheels. In terms of a horsepower percentage increase, that's an estimated increase of over 6% more horsepower that can be easily bolted on in 90 minutes or less.

Boost Power of 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer ES or GT with Manual Trans Using AEM Intake

2015 Mitsubishi Lancer AEM Cold Air Intake

AEM has been able to improve the performance of 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0L & 2.4L models with a manual transmission by replacing factory components with an AEM cold air intake system

The Mitsubishi Lancer has been in production since 1973 and has served as the platform for the infamous Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution for decades. While the performance of the Mitsubishi EVO is legendary, that kind of power and technology comes with a hefty price tag. This fact persuades many would-be EVO buyers into entering the EVO tuner lifestyle with the purchase of the EVO's underlying platform, the Mitsubishi Lancer. The current generation Mitsubishi Lancer was released in North America for the 2008 model year, but has seen some slight changes for 2015; including a new CVT transmission.

The base engine for 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer ES models is a 2.0-liter 4B11 16-valve DOHC MIVEC engine rated at 148 HP. 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer GT models see a slight bump in performance with the larger 2.4L 4B12 engine rated at 168 horsepower. The base 2015 Lancer ES model, as well as the 2015 Lancer GT comes standard with a 5-speed manual transmission. For owners of 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer models with either the 2.0L, or 2.4L engine and a manual transmission, AEM Induction Systems can help boost the driving experience with an AEM cold air intake system.

AEM Induction Systems has been designing and selling cold air intake systems as an easy way to increase horsepower since 1994. AEM, was embedded in the import tuner market from the very beginning and its first cold air intake was offered for sale in 1994 as a Do-It-Yourself upgrade for the Honda CRX. AEM continues with this legacy of improving the performance of sport compact cars with the AEM cold air intake for 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0L & 2.4L models with a manual transmission 21-778C.

AEM has been able to improve the performance of 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0L & 2.4L models with a manual transmission by replacing the factory air induction hose and air filter box with a performance designed air intake from AEM. AEM cold air intake 21-778C combines a high-quality rotationally molded HDPE upper intake tube, with a mandrel-bent and powder coated lower intake tube. The AEM 2015 Lancer CAI places the washable/reusable AEM Dryflow air filter inside the fender well of 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0L & 2.4L models with a manual transmission for cooler, denser, airflow.

Reducing air intake tract restriction, along with the introduction of cooler denser air, has resulted in dyno proven power gains on an otherwise stock 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.4L with manual trans. Power improvements were seen across the entire RPM range with peak gains coming on strong at 4,900 RPM. A 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.4L with manual transmission showed an estimated gain of 12 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque at the front wheels.

AEM engineers design intake systems as a fully integrated component of the vehicle. Significant testing is performed to assure that an AEM air intake is an easy way to increase horsepower safely, and consistently.
