This custom 2006 Dodge Charger R/T is quite the show car
With the comeback of the American muscle car, one of the most prominent and popular rides on the streets today, is the Dodge Charger R/T. Boasting considerable power, few know the true potential of this modern American legend better than custom car owner Lance Doss. Hailing from Orange, California, Doss has designed a truly custom look both inside and out for his 2006 Charger R/T.

AEM caught up with Lance to go over the specs of his ’06 Charger as well as find out more about his life as a custom car owner and modifier.
AEM: "What inspired you to have a passion for modifying cars and trucks?"
Doss: "My parents were into cars when I was a kid. When I was a teenager I got into music and DJing for friends. When the time came for me to get a driver’s license I jumped at the chance. I got my license and it was time for a car. Times were a little challenging, so I had to save to get my first car. Once I saved the money for a down payment I went for my first car. It was a mini truck, because that was what was in at the time. I had to get a stereo system of course. Then I came into contact with a guy named Randy Riggs. He was already into modifying his mini truck and it was very cool. I was hooked from the start. The mods keep coming and the more I did, the more I wanted. I think that car modifying is my stress relief."
AEM: "What drew you to this specific model? Why the Charger?"

Doss: "I loved the lines and the way the car handled. There were several versions, and I looked at them all… I got an R/T because it was a HEMI. I wanted the power."

When dyno tested, the 21-9032DS showed an estimated performance gain of 14HP @ 2100RPM and 30ft-lbs of torque @ 2100RPM.
