AEM Performance Cold Air Intake Systems produce horsepower and torque gains by replacing your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Chevrolet Cruze models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is located in the original air box space and is protected by a heat shield which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The air intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable gunmetal gray powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine’s factory emissions control devices including the mass air sensor. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). This air intake system is easy to install with commonly available tools. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50 state legal. I love the air intake system. The Installation is easy. Not sure if package is mess up for the screws to bolt mass air flow sensor because the screws are to short I had to go to hardware store buy right 2 screws it no big deal for me I gave this product full FIVE STARS. noticed improve gas mileage I using regular gasoline, Improved acceleration and horsepower. I definitely recommended to someone who own this car.

I’m not mechanically inclined but I was able to get this in easily on my ‘15 Cruze 2LT after watching the instructional video a few times before and during the installation. I’m glad an acquaintance of mine recommended AEM. It makes a big difference with being able to actually hear the turbo on the car and I do notice a slight power difference while driving it. I’m overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

Anyone with the 1.4l turbo Cruze, this is a must for the price, sound, and a little bit of performance curve. Definitely changes the sound of the car. The turbo is very noticeable now where as before you could barely hear it.
